In 2002 an accident occurred in the first restaurant and because of that it closed. Months later, the company Volty's Entertainment had to redesign the restaurant with new, more technological animatronics so that there would not be another accident.

Emili Díaz is called by her boss Cristian Hernández to work at Villc's Broder's diner for 6 nights in exchange for 3,000 thousand dollars. At first she refused, but her boss told her that if she refused she would be fired, so in the end she accepted.
